Towers is a pretty solid option for any freshman/sophomore. Many of the rooms have been recently renovated, so you can move the furniture around. The floors are single sex, but there is still a friendly vibe and possibility for good dorm friends.
The dining hall is in the basement and pretty cramped, but the food is decent and they have smoothies for breakfast. Its location on Bay State is a big plus, as is its proximity to central campus and the esplanade.
