Superlatives: Most Attractive

Class Couple

These three buildings tower over campus and the Mass Pike and are the probably the most sought after housing. 10 Buick Street and the apartment style building of StuVi 2 are limited to juniors and seniors and the dormitory style building is limited to sophomores and up. Walking into StuVi is a bit surreal — it’s like you’ve wandered off campus and into a high-rise hotel downtown, complete with lobby music and talking elevators.

Although the prices can run steep (up to $13,630), the views are absolutely stunning, the rooms are new and clean, and it’s probably the nicest place you’re going to live in for awhile. There is also a great study lounge on the top floors and even more study space in the basement.
