On Tuesday night, the “Keep A Breast Tour” landed in Boston with the indie/electro-pop duo Uh Huh Her headlining at the Paradise Rock Club. Opening for the duo was Seattle native (though he now resides in NYC) Christopher Mansfield, who goes by his recording name, Fences. Fences, a graduate from Berklee College of Music, emerged onto the spotlight in 2009 when his EP was discovered on MySpace by Sara Quin, one-half of the Canadian indie-rock/folk duo Tegan and Sara. Since then, he has released a full-length LP produced by Sara Quin and has toured with Against Me!, Hellogoodbye, Uh Huh Her and numerous other acts.

Uh Huh Her later took the stage and erupted with an upbeat/electro-pop set. The Los Angeles-based band is comprised of Leisha Hailey, famous for her previous role on The L Word, and Camila Grey. The indie duo’s second full-length LP, Nocturnes, was released Tuesday as well. They began their set with a compilation of old songs and fan favorites, then later dived into material off their new record.
