It is times like these when I am somewhat disappointed that BU TweetCreep is limited to BU’s official Twitter accounts. There has been a press-worthy turn of events this week in Twitterland: @HarvardHoochies finally proved that they DO, in fact, have what may or may not be defined as slight standards. Yes, it’s true.
My friend alerted me to a new Twitter account, @BootyCallProblems. Frankly, the “problems” accounts need to stop. We have @SororityGirlProblems and @WhiteGirlProblems– like there’s not enough negativity in the media already. For once, I think the @HarvardHoochies and I agreed on this issue. The Harvard Hoochies shut. them. doooooown, calling @BootyCallProblems “desperate”. Being called desperate by the Hoochies? A new Twitter low has been reached. (Don’t worry. I saved the date on my Facebook timeline to reflect upon later.)
Oh, and of course, there was a new low in sports…
