Alright, guys. I’m a little disappointed in y’all. I didn’t see a single account make use of the hashtag #KimsMarriageWasShorter. In fact, I didn’t see many accounts even mention KK’s failed marriage. I mean, am I the only one left thinking, “How will I ever believe in love again?” As we all know, it is the ceremony itself that really makes or breaks a marriage, not the relationship itself. And so I was really lead to believe this one was going to last forever. But no. It was all a lie. And now, I can never trust men again. Especially not basketball players (sorry BU men’s team).
I’ll make it through this tragedy somehow. And it’s better I learn these things now then before I go and plan my own $10 million extravaganza. If Dr. Phil has taught me anything, it is that everything is a teachable moment. The lesson I’m taking away from this: Never marry someone with the same first name as your mom. So, any hot, male Lindas out there… we will never work.
And, with most things, I can always just undergo some tweet therapy. (Especially now that the first snow has fallen and @BUSnowAlert has again graced us with his presence.)
