Saturday, February 13, 2010--Tour guide Caroline Connolly led Boston University study abroad students on a hunt for a dolphin in Dingle harbour. Fungie, a bottlenose doplhin, first appeared in Dingle in 1983 and has been there ever since, which is unusual since bottlenose dolphins usually travel in pods of about 15 dolphins and live in warmer seas.
